Paradigm Design is seeking a Civil Engineer / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join their collaborative team. The role involves supporting the planning, design, entitlement, and construction of land development and infrastructure projects, utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed plans and designs. The position requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other professionals, as well as communication with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, EIT certification, and at least 3 years of civil engineering experience. This is an in-person role located in Grand Rapids, MI, or Scottsdale, AZ.
