L Squared Engineering is seeking a civil engineer to plan and design public infrastructure such as utilities, pavement, lift stations, and treatment facilities; independently complete engineering assignments for municipal, residential, and commercial developments; lead multiple project teams; manage project quality, timeliness, and financial aspects; and present technical information to non-experts. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, a Texas EIT or PE, strong communication skills, and local availability without relocation or stipend assistance.
