Penn E&R is hiring a full-time entry-level Civil Engineer based in its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office with hybrid flexibility. The role involves preparing site, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, and land development plans; performing hydrology, hydraulic, drainage, and infiltration calculations; designing stormwater best management practices; and using AutoCAD/Civil 3D for grading, profiles, pipe networks, and 3-D surfaces. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field, an Engineer In Training license, and 0–3 years of civil engineering experience.
