AECOM is hiring an entry-level Civil Engineer in Puerto Rico to support infrastructure projects under the supervision of experienced engineers and project managers. The role involves engineering design, calculations, drawings, data analysis, technical documentation, field activities, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, teamwork ability, and willingness to learn; civil engineering software familiarity and relevant internship or project experience are preferred. Relocation assistance and US sponsorship are unavailable, and new employees must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding.
