Description
The Engineering Technician is an entry-level civil engineering professional responsible for preparing plans and designs for site development, roadway, utility, stormwater, and other civil infrastructure projects. The role includes grading, drainage, erosion control, technical analysis, cost estimates, permit applications, construction-plan review, RFIs, submittal reviews, and field inspections, while collaborating with project managers, architects, surveyors, and other engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, StormCAD, and ArcGIS, and 1–2 years of experience. Compensation is $65,000 to $80,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
