The client is hiring a Civil Engineer for Specifications (Functional Requirements) in Colmar-Berg to prepare performance programs and functional performance descriptions for public construction projects. The role defines safety objectives, functions, technical standards, quality requirements, budget guidance, and tender-document completeness and legal compliance under VOB/A and VOB/C. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or business engineering (construction), AVA expertise, experience with functional performance descriptions and general contractor contracts, strong project-modularization and quality-assurance skills, and very good German. The position is permanent, directly with the client, and offers flexible working hours and mobile working.
