Harris & Associates is hiring an Engineer I or II to support water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects in Southern California. The role assists project managers and project engineers with plans, specifications, estimates, design and construction drawings, technical reports, engineering calculations, and project scope, budget, and schedule support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, an EIT license is preferred, and 1–4 years of relevant engineering or technical experience; water-market experience is preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $83,000–$110,000 plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave, and other benefits.
