The role involves performing various traffic engineering and project management tasks, assisting with profitable project management, engaging in hands-on project delivery, transitioning work to qualified staff, acting as a positive leader and mentor, and contributing to marketing and business development efforts. Candidates should have strong communication and technical writing skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. They must also possess experience with traffic analysis software like Synchro and VISSIM, and hold or be able to obtain "Engineer-In-Training" or "Engineering Intern" certification.
