CAGE is hiring a full-time Civil Engineer Intern in Chicago to work on real land-development projects from day one. The intern will design and draft plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, support design documents and calculations, prepare construction and permit documents, attend client and project meetings, and visit sites. The role requires a current pursuit of a BS in Engineering, CAD familiarity, strong communication, and a willingness to learn; no prior professional experience is required. Compensation starts at $25 per hour, with technical and professional development training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
