BKF is hiring an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in land development to lead project delivery, manage design and construction-phase services, coordinate clients and multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff. The role covers residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and public infrastructure developments, including grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, technical reports, estimates, budgets, schedules, and permitting. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, a PE license, at least seven years of progressively responsible land development experience, AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, and strong project management and leadership skills. The position offers a typical base salary of $110,000 to $150,000 annually, with biweekly pay and benefits including profit sharing, a 401(k), paid time off, holidays, flexible schedules, education reimbursement, and professional dues.
