The Construction Procurement Specialist will perform quantity takeoffs, prepare bills of quantities, obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, prepare bid comparisons and award recommendations, and assist with contract awards. The role requires a civil engineering, construction technician, or construction management qualification plus several years of comparable construction experience, along with independent software use and strong communication.
