Description
The City of Bottrop is hiring a full-time Civil Engineer (m/f/d) for Road Planning in its Civil Engineering Department. The role prepares build-ready designs for roads, paths, public squares, traffic junctions, and cycling infrastructure; supervises external engineering offices; processes and coordinates grant applications; and issues statements on development plans and building applications. Applicants need a civil engineering degree focused on structural or transport engineering, CAD experience, a Class B driver’s license, and German language skills of at least C1 level. The position is initially fixed-term for two years, with flexible working-time models and home-office opportunities.
