The role covers independent technical planning, construction coordination, workforce and schedule management, installation and material organization, inspections, and change-order management. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or comparable technical qualification, initial to several years of project or construction management experience, leadership and CAD skills, and willingness to travel nationwide; a Class B driver's license is required. The position offers a fixed salary, performance-based profit sharing, a company car, and a possible four-day workweek.
