Morrison-Maierle is hiring a full-time Civil Engineer - Project Manager in Billings, Montana to lead municipal water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects. The role covers project leadership across planning, permitting, design, bidding, and construction administration, with strong emphasis on client communication, multidisciplinary coordination, QA/QC, and delivery of practical, compliant solutions. The position requires a civil engineering degree, 5+ years of progressive civil engineering design and construction experience, EIT certification, and preferably a PE license, and offers a base salary up to $145,000 plus bonuses and strong employee-ownership benefits.
