Description
The role is responsible for concept development, execution planning, and overall management of building refurbishment and new-build projects. It coordinates construction companies, external service providers, and architects; monitors legal compliance; plans and oversees project budgets; advises stakeholders; and supports the annual investment budget. The position requires a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, extensive project-management or site-supervision experience, construction and metal-processing industry knowledge, German and English language skills, and strong cross-disciplinary communication.
