Moffatt & Nichol is hiring a Civil Engineer / Project Manager with ports engineering experience to manage and lead marine infrastructure planning and design projects for public and private clients in Spain. The role serves as an engagement manager for port and terminal opportunities, prepares design documents and specifications, plans and budgets work, mentors junior engineers, develops feasibility studies, and conducts site visits and client meetings. Candidates need a relevant university degree, 15 years of similar experience, at least 5 years of project management experience, maritime development experience, and strong communication skills. The position is majority office-based, with some site visits, and is based in Madrid, Valencia, or Algeciras.
