The role supports the planning, design, permitting, analysis, documentation, coordination, scheduling, and delivery of municipal roadway, drainage, stormwater, water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, at least four years of relevant experience, EIT certification, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software; PE licensure is preferred or obtainable.
