Civil Design, Inc. is hiring a Civil Engineer – Roadway Project Manager to lead transportation engineering projects, including municipal roadway and highway design, plan production, scope and budget management, client and contractor coordination, and roadway design elements such as alignments, intersections, drainage, and pedestrian facilities. The role requires a civil engineering degree, a registered PE, and 5–15 plus years of experience, with project management experience on Illinois Department of Transportation projects and proficiency in MicroStation/Open Roads Designer. The position can be based in Collinsville, Illinois; Effingham, Illinois; or St. Louis, Missouri, with up to 10% travel expected, and offers a base salary of $85,000–$120,000 per year.
