Civil Design, Inc. is hiring a Civil Engineer – Roadway Project Manager to lead transportation engineering projects, including municipal roadway and highway design, plan production, scope and budget management, client and contractor coordination, and roadway design elements such as alignments, intersections, drainage, and pedestrian facilities. The role requires a civil engineering degree, a registered PE, and 5–15 plus years of experience, with Illinois Department of Transportation project experience preferred. It can be based in Collinsville, Effingham, or St. Louis, with up to 10% travel, and offers a base salary of $85,000–$120,000 per year.
