Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to perform civil site design and drafting for self-storage, industrial, and multifamily projects. Responsibilities include preparing site plans, grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and earthwork designs; performing cut-and-fill calculations; supporting quantity takeoffs and estimating; creating architectural drawings and basic renderings; and coordinating with contractors and project teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, mandatory AutoCAD proficiency, and familiarity with U.S. engineering standards. Compensation is $1,500 to $3,000 monthly depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT schedule.
