Description
AECOM is hiring a Civil Engineer to manage and supervise on-site civil works, structural installations, and infrastructure development for a GW utility-scale solar asset. The role focuses on large-scale piling campaigns for module-mounting structures, foundations for heavy inverter stations and pooling substations, drainage networks, grading, access roads, and civil interfaces. Responsibilities include civil-work surveillance, readiness verification, installation compliance monitoring, quantity measurement support, contractor coordination, nonconformity reporting, and punch-list closure. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, at least 5–10 years of progressive civil engineering experience, and 2–3 years of direct field execution experience on utility-scale solar plants; it also requires willingness to work at remote project sites and offers hybrid work options.
