The role supports billing, construction management, client representation, awarding construction services, trade acceptance, defect and warranty monitoring, operational processes, and budget monitoring for city buildings and sports facilities. Applicants need a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, knowledge of VOB and HOAI, a Class B driver’s license, PC and tendering skills, and willingness for further training; several years of relevant experience is advantageous.
