Description
Assystem is seeking a six-month internship for a student in civil engineering or a specialized Master's program to study and model a steel-concrete beam using Code_Aster. The intern will review standards and literature, perform linear and nonlinear analyses, compare numerical results with experimental data, analyze discrepancies, validate assumptions, and propose improvements to the calculation methodology. The role requires knowledge of structural mechanics and finite element numerical simulation, proficiency in Python, and interest in extreme physical phenomena; ANSYS or Code_Aster proficiency is an asset.
