Deutsche Bahn is hiring a Civil Engineer (Structural Engineering) for the DB Bahnbau Group GmbH at the Karlsruhe site. The role independently plans structural engineering measures, prepares concept, approval, and execution plans, obtains technical approvals and permits, maintains project documentation, prepares cost estimates and bills of quantities in iTWO, coordinates engineering and subcontractor services, and reviews third-party planning documents. Candidates need a civil engineering degree with structural engineering specialization, initial professional experience in civil engineering structures, knowledge of statics, reinforced concrete, steel, and foundation engineering, familiarity with railway regulations, and a valid class B driving license.
