WEIG Group is hiring a Civil Engineer / Technician / Master Craftsman – Technical Building Management to plan, manage, and implement larger construction and preservation measures for its properties. The role assesses building conditions, coordinates external planners and service providers, controls costs, schedules, and quality, and ensures compliance with legal, technical, and safety requirements. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or construction/building technician or master craftsman training, experience with construction, refurbishment, project management, and external service providers, knowledge of technical building systems, and German language proficiency.
