Description
The role is a permanent civil-engineering position responsible for planning drainage systems, coordinating water-management measures, representing the client for wastewater treatment plants and special structures, controlling project schedules and costs, managing engineering firms and tendering, supervising construction, and handling commissioning and decommissioning. It requires a civil-engineering degree, GIS and tendering software skills, knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and water law, a Class B driver’s license, and strong communication and analytical abilities.
