AECOM is hiring a Civil Engineer based in Tampa, Florida to perform detailed or routine transportation engineering assignments, including calculations, simple tests, plan preparation, design elements, and problem-solving. The role provides guidance to entry-level engineers and requires independent work with little supervision. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field plus four years of previous design experience on transportation projects, including plans preparation or demonstrated equivalency. Preferred qualifications include experience with HY-8 and HEC programs, MicroStation and OpenRoads, ProjectWise, Florida Department of Transportation work, and drainage design.
