Description
The role represents a client and manages an investment and refurbishment project in an industrial environment. It coordinates and supervises civil engineering, concrete, and foundation works; liaises with contractors and stakeholders; manages schedules, quality, workplace safety, and project documentation; and leads construction-site progress. The position requires a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, relevant civil-engineering and construction-management experience, and German language skills sufficient for negotiation.
