The role manages civil-engineering and road-construction projects, ensuring they are planned and delivered within budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include jobsite safety, coordination with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and motivating employees. The position requires a civil-engineering degree or comparable qualification, relevant experience, a class B driver’s license, willingness to travel and participate in training, and an entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, team-focused approach.
