Description
The role independently supervises construction work for transport and development infrastructure projects across HOAI service phases 6–9 and parts of phase 5, including road and civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include preparing construction final accounts, coordinating construction schedules with clients, and preparing bills of quantities, specifications, and construction descriptions. The position requires civil-engineering training or a degree, specialist software knowledge, CAD and AVA software proficiency, a class B driver’s license, and German language skills at C1 level.
