Description
The role leads and coordinates on-site construction supervision for civil engineering and special deep foundation works, ensuring contract compliance, schedule and process control, documentation, variation and order management, acceptance inspections, stakeholder coordination, invoice review, cost monitoring, and compliance with technical and legal regulations. The profile requires a civil engineering degree, several years of construction-supervision experience, knowledge of VOB and DIN, procurement and contract-management experience, project-management tools, willingness to travel, a class B driving license, and excellent German and English skills.
