Description
The role supports the planning and drafting of environmental engineering systems, above-ground and underground structures, and building services from concept design through approval and execution planning. Responsibilities include creating technical drawings and plans, documenting and archiving project materials, preparing building-permit applications, developing site plans and schematics for sewer and water networks, visiting construction sites, performing design-related calculations and cost estimates, and supporting project documentation, quality assurance, and quantity take-offs. The position requires a relevant architectural, technical-drafting, design, or CAD qualification, practical experience in civil-engineering drafting, CAD and BIM knowledge, strong communication and technical skills, and German language proficiency at C1 level.
