Description
The Civil Engineering Estimator translates civil engineering drawings, specifications, and construction concepts into substantiated cost estimates for projects involving earthworks, sewerage, road reconstruction, civil structures, and residential development. The role analyzes tender documents, determines project scope and quantities, calculates labor, equipment, production times, and direct, indirect, and project-specific costs, and documents assumptions and potential optimizations. The position requires a civil engineering or comparable MBO or HBO qualification, estimating experience or interest, knowledge of relevant construction areas, drawing and specification interpretation, and familiarity with RAW and UAV.
