Description
The role prepares bid and contract estimates for civil engineering projects involving bridge construction, platforms, and culverts; evaluates tender documents; reviews subcontractor and supplier bids; develops technical variations and special proposals; supports project management during tender and execution phases; and maintains estimating databases while monitoring the market. The position requires a civil engineering or comparable qualification, several years of civil engineering estimating experience, knowledge of VOB/B and BGB contract law, and experience with estimating and scheduling software such as RIB iTWO, MS Project, or Powerproject.
