Description
RVE is hiring a Civil/Municipal Engineering Intern in its Secaucus, New Jersey office to support municipal and civil engineering projects under general supervision. The intern will assist with roadway, drainage, stormwater, utility, water, wastewater, and site improvement design; data collection, calculations, reports, specifications, schedules, and other project documentation; plan preparation; stakeholder coordination; drawing reviews; field investigations; and the municipal project process from planning through permitting, bidding, and construction. The role requires a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, basic civil engineering knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; engineering software familiarity is preferred but not required. Compensation is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
