Windsor Engineers is hiring a Civil Engineering Intern for its civil infrastructure team in Ridgefield, Washington. The intern will work at least 20 hours per week and support project design and analysis, field surveys, technical documentation, site monitoring, quality control, and coordination with civil engineers. The role requires a recent graduate or senior student in civil, environmental, or a related engineering discipline, drafting experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and Revit, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to project sites. The internship offers paid work starting at $24 per hour, mentorship, hands-on experience, and flexible work arrangements.
