raSmith is hiring a Site Design Intern for a summer 2027 internship at its Brookfield, Wisconsin office. The intern will gain practical civil and structural engineering experience through on-the-job training and may work on pre-development due diligence, exhibit preparation, permit applications, site planning, Civil 3D design, grading, utility design, and technical writing. The role requires completion of the sophomore year of a four-year bachelor of science program in civil engineering, coursework in civil engineering, exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office, basic engineering problem-solving ability, planning skills, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
