Description
raSmith is hiring a Transportation Intern to begin in Summer 2027 at its Brookfield, Wisconsin office. The intern will gain practical civil and transportation engineering experience through on-the-job training, with possible work in roadway and utility design, flow monitoring, permit activities, data compilation, traffic analysis, field data collection, Civil 3D, technical writing, public meetings, and project-plan production. The role requires completion of the freshman year of a four-year bachelor of science program in civil engineering, coursework in civil engineering, basic engineering problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills; AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred.
