The ideal candidate will provide mentorship and technical oversight for the team, focusing on managing a fast-paced TMT workload. They will need to possess strong technical expertise, particularly in the private industrial market, ideally with significant Data Center experience. The role involves taking operational responsibility for production sections, acting as a Project Manager, leading staff development, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other departments. The manager will also be involved in marketing activities, interacting with clients, implementing project management systems, and fostering teamwork.
