Description
The Independent Civil Engineering Modeler independently builds and maintains 3D and BIM models of civil infrastructure such as bridges, underpasses, retaining walls, and foundations. The role processes geometry and object data, translates technical assumptions into constructible components, coordinates model changes across disciplines, generates drawings and quantities, and compares structural calculations with the model. Candidates need an MBO or HBO qualification in civil or construction engineering, relevant 3D modeling experience, proficiency with Revit, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or comparable software, and familiarity with BIM processes.
