Description
Little is hiring a Civil Engineering Project Manager for its Land Studio in the Tysons, Virginia office, serving a corporate retail client and an ongoing body of work. The role owns the client relationship, manages projects from concept and due diligence through construction documents, permitting, and construction administration, tracks budgets and schedules, leads permitting across jurisdictions, and mentors engineers and designers. Candidates should have a civil engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license, at least six years of experience producing construction documents for land development or site projects, and experience managing projects and client relationships; AutoCAD, Civil 3D, StormCAD, and WaterCAD skills are also preferred.
