TEHORA is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to estimate costs, obtain project inputs, design water supply, sewer, and roadway networks, perform hydraulic calculations, coordinate urban technical networks, prepare permits and authorizations, and oversee civil engineering and construction work. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, engineering-consulting experience, at least two years of infrastructure specialization, and knowledge of SWMM and EPANET. Work may be remote or at client premises, with flexibility for family obligations and a hybrid remote-work environment.
