Description
TEHORA is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee underground infrastructure construction projects, including water mains and sewers. The role covers obtaining plans and authorizations, reviewing plans and shop drawings, coordinating with laboratories, contractors, inspectors, and stakeholders, managing schedules and quality, authorizing construction layers, conducting site inspections, and preparing as-built plans and supervision reports. The position requires civil engineering expertise, active membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, and at least five years of project-management experience in underground infrastructure. Work may be remote or at the client’s premises, with flexible schedules and a Quebec-based employer.
