LaBella Associates is hiring a Civil Engineering Project Manager for its Land Development Group in the Rochester, Syracuse, or Buffalo, New York offices. The role independently manages land development civil engineering projects from conceptual design through construction documents, leads junior engineers, prepares site and grading plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, coordinates with clients and multidisciplinary teams, handles proposals, invoicing, agency approvals, and public presentations, and manages budgets and workloads. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least 8 years of consulting experience are required; Professional Engineer registration, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and construction administration experience are preferred. The listed salary range is $90,000 to $120,000 annually, with health and dental insurance and other wellness and retirement benefits.
