Description
The Civil Projects Site Supervisor manages civil engineering projects or independent project phases, including sewer replacements, road reconstructions, construction-ready sites, and public-space redevelopment. The role coordinates foremen, groundworkers, machine operators, and subcontractors; prepares and monitors schedules; deploys personnel, equipment, and materials; leads site meetings; and supervises earthworks, sewer works, and paving. Candidates need an MBO or HBO qualification in a relevant civil engineering or construction field, relevant site-supervision experience, practical knowledge of earthworks and road construction, and the ability to independently manage an outdoor crew.
