Land water supply is hiring a Civil Engineering Technician specializing in civil engineering and underground construction to oversee construction projects for drinking-water supply facilities in the Stuttgart area. The role monitors construction execution, checks quality, cost, and schedule compliance, prepares measurements and quantity take-offs, reviews invoices and variations, represents the client with third parties, maintains site records, supports inspections and acceptance, and contributes to planning and tendering. Candidates need state-certified civil-engineering or underground-construction training, several years of professional experience, IT and estimating skills, a class B driver’s license, and good German skills.
