Wittlich Utilities is hiring a full-time Civil Engineering Technician (Underground/Infrastructure) for a permanent position up to pay grade EG 9 TV-V. The role covers preliminary planning, supervision, and coordination of municipal road, path, square, watercourse, flood-protection, and civil-engineering projects; client representation; tender preparation; road-cadastre management; land-use planning; committee meetings; and invoice review. Applicants need state-certified civil-engineering technician training or a comparable qualification, experience with underground and road construction, knowledge of DIN, VOB, and HOAI, tendering and supervision experience, MS Office proficiency, and a Class B driver’s license.
