AECOM is hiring a Civil Engineering Transit Intern in Chicago, Illinois, to assist with the final design of the Chicago Transit Authority Forest Park Branch Rebuild project. The intern will support rail design, corridor modeling, design plans, Bentley OpenRail Designer drawings, calculations, reports, documentation, and limited field work under supervision. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and have completed at least two years of study; recent graduates enrolled in their bachelor’s program are eligible. The position is expected to begin in May 2027, and U.S. employment authorization sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available.
