Description
The Civil Works Preparation Engineer organizes prerequisites for sewer projects, road construction, earthworks, and area development, including reviewing specifications and drawings, translating project scope into work packages, checking quantities, preparing material schedules, and coordinating suppliers and subcontractors. The role also monitors deliveries, documents, technical agreements, schedule impacts, and cost changes, and works independently with a permanent project team. Candidates need a civil engineering, infrastructure, construction, or comparable MBO or HBO qualification, relevant GWW work-planning experience, knowledge of earthworks and procurement, and the ability to prepare schedules and work packages. The position offers a salary commensurate with experience, holiday allowance, mobility support, training, pension, vacation, flexible hours, and the option to work partly from home.
