Description
Ontivity is hiring a Civil Foreman to lead crews in constructing and maintaining telecommunications towers and infrastructure. The role includes trenching, foundation excavation, roadway installation, rebar, grounding systems, utility conduits, testing, documentation, equipment and vehicle maintenance, and participation in safety meetings. The position requires outdoor work in all weather, typically 60–80 hours per week, and may involve travel for up to four weeks at a time. Previous construction or mechanical experience is preferred but not required, and the role offers training, benefits, and a $35–$45 per hour wage range.
